Store Policies GoodyGoody offers the following Returns Policy: - We do not accept any merchandise after a thirty day period. - We will accept exchanges/returns within 30 days but the consumer is responsible for all shipping (unless the mistake is our fault, of course!). - Please inspect the order the day it is delivered and call us if there are any discrepancies or defective goods. - All returns and exchanges must be made by the orginal consumer or recipient. - Refunds will only be given in the orginal form of payment. - We do not accept any Goody Goody merchandise not purchased directly from us, please contact the place of business from which the item was purchased for further assistance.
