Store Policies GoodyGoody offers the following Returns Policy: - We do not accept any merchandise after a thirty day period. - We accept exchanges/returns within 30 days but the consumer is responsible for all shipping expenses (unless the mistake is our fault, of course!). - Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there are any discrepancies or defective goods. - All returns and exchanges must be carried out by the original consumer or recipient. - Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. - We do not accept any Goody Goody merchandise not purchased directly from our website, please contact the store from which the item was purchased from for further assistance.
